What do we expect from a teacher:
- Always speak in English with the students
- An active role in providing Personalized Attention for each student with effective learning environment in maintaining full attendance of their classes
- Must provide engaging and interactive sessions.
- Read newspapers, books and share knowledge with the students in the classroom
- Maintain regular follow-up with the students on timely update of their notes
- Reaching out to the parents via email / other communication channels to share feedback on their child’s progress and update the same to the concerned team members.
- Teachers should not share their personal numbers with students and parents.
- Co-ordinate with students in organizing the events, seminars, conferences including the college assembly.
- Teachers are expected to submit their Weekly Planner every week.
- Attend all the meetings by the team/institution
- Manage their timings of coming to college and the class timings
- Committed to complete at least an academic year
- Live up to the values of the institution
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Including any event, seminar, conference, training days). Any holiday will be informed by the institution
Timings: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
