Overview:

Common University Entrance Test has been introduced as a response to the evolving landscape of the undergraduate program and a need for standardization. CUET – UG is a national level examination designed to facilitate the admission process to undergraduate programs across disciplines to the universities in India. It aims to provide a common platform and equal opportunity across the country especially to those students coming from rural and urban areas including candidates from the three National Boards CBSE, ICSE and NIOS.

Important note:

  1. The syllabus for CUET (UG) is based on Class 12 NCERT. The effort that would have been required to do well at Board Examinations will also help candidates to prepare well for their CUET (UG). (Reference (FAQ): Click here Page 5, point 6.)
