Dr. Sarath Garimella is a PhD, MBA (OU) with over 20 years of experience in the education industry. He is an expert career counselor, teaches in colleges and was dean at ISTTM B-School, Hyderabad. He has been associated with building three institutions from scratch – WLC, ISTTM and Ambitions Career Counselling – each creating a niche for itself in its domain. Sarath is the Dean at Kompass.
B.Tech (IIT), MBA (XLRI Jamshedpur)
Soumen Chatterjee is a B.Tech (IIT Roorkee) & MBA (XLRI) and has a rich mix of 18 years in corporate & education. His last corporate role was a Vice President and Business Head in Macquarie Wealth Management. He has designed a comprehensive assessment-driven communication skills training for students in XLRI Jamshedpur, IIM Trichy and VJIM apart from training students in IIT, BITS Pilani, Nirma University, MANAGE to name a few. Soumen heads the Academy for Career Streams at Kompass.
